These terms govern your use of Binslot, an inventory add-on for Google Sheets™ published by Rafael Pereira de Araújo da Silva. By installing or using Binslot you accept them.
Binslot adds inventory control to a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet you own or have edit access to: a product catalogue, stock locations, movements in and out, transfers, physical counts, goods receiving, printable barcode and QR labels, low stock e-mail alerts, and a phone page for scanning codes into the same file.
Binslot is a tool for recording and organising your own data. It is not an accounting system, not a fiscal or tax record, and not a substitute for professional advice.
Binslot runs inside your Google account and writes only to the spreadsheet you use it in. You keep ownership of everything you record. We claim no rights over it and hold no copy — see the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for who you share the spreadsheet with. Anyone with edit access to it can use Binslot in it, record movements and see the data.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record and issue your receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt e-mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds. Write to support@usebinslot.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This is in addition to any right of withdrawal you have under the consumer law of your country.
If a subscription ends, the spreadsheet returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Products, locations and history above the Free limits stay exactly where they are, in your spreadsheet; Binslot simply stops letting you add more, and turns off labels and alerts. Export to CSV keeps working on every plan, so you can always take your data out.
You agree not to: resell or redistribute Binslot as your own product; share one licence key across spreadsheets belonging to unrelated organisations; attempt to bypass the plan limits or the licence check; or use Binslot to break the law or Google’s terms.
Binslot runs on Google Apps Script. Its availability depends on Google’s services, on your Google Workspace administrator’s settings, and on the quotas Google applies to your account — including the daily e-mail quota that limits low stock alerts. We do not control those and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Binslot altogether we will give at least 30 days’ notice inside the add-on and refund the unused part of any annual subscription. Your data would be unaffected, because it is in your spreadsheet.
Binslot is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it correct — every release is checked against an automated test suite — but we do not warrant that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose.
You are responsible for verifying your inventory. Balances shown by Binslot are calculated from the movements recorded in your spreadsheet. If those movements are wrong, incomplete or edited by hand, the balance will be wrong. Count your stock physically before making decisions that depend on it being accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Binslot is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or business interruption.
You may stop using Binslot at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, after telling you why and giving you a reasonable chance to fix it, except where the law requires immediate action.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. For changes that reduce what you get or increase what you pay, we will notify subscribers by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and the change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Bragança Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence under mandatory consumer law.
